Overview
The curriculum was based on basis of the application tendency and candidates by joining the teaching/learning duration with real construction activities, such as field trip, practical activities, seminar, and work at an enterprise.

Supplementary subjects, e.g. Special terms in English shall be instructed directly by the lecturers, who graduated in foreign countries. The specialized computer science shall focus on the technology of using copyright software, and modern manuals.
Bachelor of Construction Management:
Time of training: 4 years. Study mode is organized with credits, assisting students in accumulating knowledge and skills corresponding to their own abilities, continuous studying.

Entry Requirements
For training program in Vietnamese:
Bachelor of Construction Management:
- Graduated Vietnamese high school diploma (in fulltime or distance education) or graduated intermediate vocational diploma.
- Graduated intermediate vocational program but no high school diploma, the learners must study and finish school credits according to the regulation.
- Graduated from high school abroad, equivalent to high school diploma in Vietnam.
- B2 in Vietnamese (level 4/6) of Vietnamese language ability framework for foreigners according to Circular No. 17/2015/TT-BGDDT dated 01 September 2015 promulgated by Minister of the Ministry of Education and Training (Appendix 1). If learners don’t meet the requirements in Vietnamese, they have to attend Vietnamese class at Ho Chi Minh City Open University (E-Learning Center or Center for short courses).
Master of Construction Management
- Graduated from University in the relevant majors or other close majors (Appendix 2).
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree delivered by foreign educational institutions must comply the current regulations.
- The candidates must have at least level 4 of Vietnamese language ability framework for foreigners; If the learners don’t meet the requirement in Vietnamese, they have to attend Vietnamese class at Ho Chi Minh City Open University (E-learning Center or Center for short courses).
